About the Job

Working with GTM Leadership on a daily basis and reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Go-To-Market (GTM) Chief of Staff (CoS) will lead strategy for the entire GTM function. This person will partner closely with the other Chief&rsquo;s of Staff &amp; Operations Leaders to drive cross-functional alignment and execution across the business. The CoS also serves as a trusted confidant privy to highly sensitive information providing strategic leverage. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with hyper-organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.&nbsp;

This role will necessitate the ability to work independently on projects from conception to completion and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. The ideal candidate must enjoy working within a fast-growing entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities

	Work closely and effectively with the CRO on strategy &amp; planning, bringing forward insight and proposals based on their own analysis of the business and team.&nbsp;&nbsp;

	Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product leadership to drive strategic programs, deliver operational excellence, and respond to changing needs of the business

	Serves as a trusted confidant to highly sensitive information, a lot of the time knowing more than other executives who are the CRO&rsquo;s direct reports.&nbsp;&nbsp;

	<li>
	On-going analysis and implementation of operating rhythms to ensure leaders and teams are focused on the right metrics and focus areas.&nbsp;
	</li>
	<li>
	Serve as a liaison to the Executive Team and key business partners. Communicate directly, when asked, on behalf of the CRO with ELT, Partners, and Board Members on matters related to CRO&#39;s initiatives.&nbsp;

	Heavily involved in executive team meetings, serving as a key interface with other executive team members to ensure their meetings are productive and actionable.&nbsp;

Minimum Qualifications

Base Salary Range: $196,000 - $245,000
