<li>Lead and manage all phases of litigation, including case assessment, strategy development, pleadings, discovery, motions, trial, and appeals.</li>
<li>Conduct comprehensive legal research to support litigation strategy and provide informed legal opinions. Analyzing complex issues and identifying best solutions to specific problems.</li>
<li>Draft and review legal documents, including complaints, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements. Assisting in the preparation of witnesses, experts, and exhibits for trial.</li>
<li>Identify and assess potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Providing proactive advice to internal teams to avoid future litigation.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in all litigation matters.</li>
<li>Partner with global cross-functional teams on various projects.</li>

<p><span style="color: rgb(52, 73, 94);"><strong>REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></span></p>

<li>JD required and active license to practice.</li>
<li>7+ years of experience as a practicing litigation attorney with commercial, CPG, or in-house experience within a highly regulated industry preferred.</li>
<li>Experience handling all aspects of litigation prior to trial including preparing pleadings, written discovery motions and attending depositions and&nbsp;mediations.&nbsp;Trial experience required.</li>
<li>Manage and track multiple project workflows and inbound requests for legal services</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills and ability to think through critical information, make informed recommendations, and problem-solve.</li>
<li>Must have the ability to develop and foster strong working relationships throughout all levels of the organization and to recognize potential issues and make sound legal judgements.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently to drive projects to completion.</li>
<li>Excellent written and oral presentation skills.</li>
