As a Video Content Operations Lead, you will oversee the creation of multiple forms of content to enhance a company’s credibility and customer base. Your duties include leading a team of content professionals, creating content strategies to highlight products and services, and reviewing competitor content and market trends to identify new content ideas.

  • Able to think critically about our process and propose solutions to improve it.
  • Able to manage a technical system and keep track of tasks in a way that allows for quick audits by business and product stakeholders
  • Ability to do basic-level editing of videos
  • Able to fully own portions of a process and communicate status to the appropriate parties


  • Upload video tasks in collaboration with business partners.
  • Work with product, and operations to implement video moderation policies
  • Reach out to creators/experts to clarify details and communicate moderation decisions
  • Manage video database via ad hoc bulk uploads, and more manual video updates to details such as tags, tagged products, experts, etc.
  • When new tags are defined by the team, lead reviewing existing videos and using critical understanding of the tag definition to apply these tags to relevant videos.
  • Basic editing of videos such as clipping them, adding text callouts to videos
  • Repurposing content to fit the publishing media, video production or social media
  • Provide art direction, design, optimization and management of all social branding assets.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to implement new digital marketing methods and digital media campaigns
