What you’ll do

This person will be responsible for and lead a team of individuals that is responsible for the revenue data used for all purposes including and not limited to billing and invoicing as a priority. This person will not only be involved in supporting the current state of the system, but will also strive for adjustments and improvements to ensure scalability for the future. You will be a change agent in the effort to strive towards revenue integrity and automation within the system. You will need to manage stakeholders across several departments and document all changes and new processes. Use your vast experience in this field to effect change and shape the course of the future for DV in terms of solving for the now and the future.

Who you are

  • Drive the strategic plan and continuous improvement efforts for capturing the data to be used for billing.
  • Find efficiencies for manual processes currently used to create and submit the billing file to Finance
  • Responsible for reviews and approvals of monthly billing control reconciliations (ex. rate adjustments and audits)
  • Design and implement new protocols for credit and rebills process (revenue integrity when changing “who pays”).
  • Provide strong leadership and oversight over processes and team members in a changing environment.
  • Align key partners (customers, business unit leaders, management etc.) on the direction of the global process
  • 5-7 years of Billing, Accounting and/or Financial Data Analysis experience
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau, SQL, Python preferred, MS Excel, Netsuite preferred
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce and Netsuite billing functionality, with the ability to build out and design the system with respect to ongoing invoicing requirements
  • Build strong, collaborative working relationships with internal and external business partners, with a focus on driving efficiencies and improving levels of service
  • Strong leadership capabilities evidenced by the ability to gain the trust of, collaborate with, influence and empower a diverse group of internal teams of varying levels
  • Ability to inspire and empower team members to perform at optimal levels
  • Experience with AdTech a must
  • Understand complex concepts and distill them down so they’re easy to comprehend to various audiences
  • Help to onboard new product processes into the invoicing lifecycle

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV.
The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between $68,000 - $129,000. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits.
