Every new startup company needs one thing, more than anything else, in order to thrive: customers. This role is focused on working with potential portfolio companies, to understand who their customers might be.
The main objective of this role is to facilitate the customer discovery process as we evaluate potential investments in portfolio companies.
You'll research different markets and opportunities , coalescing and presenting that information in succinct form.
This is a role that requires some serious extroversion: you're going to be reaching out to those potential customers and interviewing them to understand their situations deeply.
Then you'll translate what you learned into quantifiable insights we can use to evaluate the potential of the company.
You'll also need some substantial math skills to generate reports and measures to help us compare hundreds of investment opportunities over the next few years.
Experience with startup software companies, and/or healthcare market experience is extremely beneficial.
