  • Open to remote work , but must be able to get to our HQ in Cedar Rapids, Iowa on a regular basis

About the position

Once a company has been selected, our GTM Leader is responsible for developing and executing the zero-to-one plan: how to bring this company to the market as quickly and aggressively as possible.

  • This role is primarily focused on getting new customers for our portfolio companies.

  • This is experimental work that includes trying new marketing techniques to evaluate options, and determining where precious marketing dollars should be allocated.

  • In most cases, you'll be exploring those ideas for a company for the first time: there will be little to go on since it's a brand-new startup. You need to be comfortable not having guardrails from someone who came before you.

  • This is a quantitative role: you 're going to be measuring everything. Spreadsheet wonkery is a must, experience with the tooling to run these experiments is crucial.
