Curated is seeking a versatile growth leader eager to accelerate our organic growth. Your role will encompass spearheading all organic growth-related initiatives at Curated such as search, content, and affiliate/referrals. The success of the role is to drive step-function change in organic revenue, ideally in a product-led fashion. The role will report to the Head of Revenue.
Responsibilities:

<li>Develop and manage a sustainable, scalable, and repeatable engine of growth levers that leverage Curated’s core strengths.</li>
<li>Take ownership of organic channels such as content marketing, and commercial SEO strategy.</li>
<li>Lead the team that conducts comprehensive SEO research, formulates strategies, and executes them through hands-on efforts and collaboration with team members and contractors.</li>
<li>Leverage large datasets and Large Language Models (LLMs) to create hyper-scalable content for driving acquisition.</li>
<li>Design and analyze landing pages targeting high-value personas and use cases to optimize conversion.</li>
<li>Develop and implement referral and affiliate programs to expand brand reach and customer base.</li>
<li>Collaborate with paid marketing teams to develop a coherent, multi-touch acquisition strategy.</li>
<li>Lead a team of growth product and operations managers and collaborate with growth engineers to innovate and implement growth initiatives.</li>
<li>Utilize analytical tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Looker to understand and optimize growth channel performance.</li>
<li>Foster a culture of rapid experimentation, creativity, and staying at the forefront of growth innovation.</li>
<li>Work with world-class growth advisors (think of best-selling book authors and Reforge Partner)</li>
</ul>
What you’ll bring:

<li>At least 8 years of growth experience, preferably in a startup or other fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of managing teams and functions.</li>
<li>Demonstrated expertise in executing and owning growth initiatives aligned with broader business goals.</li>
<li>Analytical and technical acumen, with a deep understanding of tracking, metrics, and the ability to derive insights and craft compelling data-driven stories. Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker, etc.) is a must.</li>
<li>Experience with LLMs or AI applications, particularly in content generation or optimization.</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of the evolving search landscape, industry trends, and SEO best practices.</li>
<li>Proven ability to manage significant budgets and drive efficient revenue growth.</li>
<li>A comprehensive understanding of marketing channels and tactics, with experience leveraging a diverse marketing portfolio.</li>
<li>A strong bias for action, curiosity, and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where roles and responsibilities constantly evolve.</li>
<li>An owner’s mindset with the ability to lead through ambiguity, pay attention to details, and solve complex problems.</li>
