What you’ll do

The mission is to provide media buyers with fully automated buying strategies for display campaigns, bringing the best performances for a minimum human work. As a Senior Account Manager, your role will be to work with & educate campaign managers and traders on how to use and leverage the Scibids software. Two of the key objectives for the role will be to offer first class service & increased adoption rate of the product by our customers. This position will combine strong problem solving and teaching skills, analytical rigor and interpersonal skills


  • Onboard new clients
  • Be main point of contact for any client questions or concerns
  • Lead training sessions & improve the knowledge and skills of your clients
  • Lead impact review sessions, proving the ROI of Scibids & why we are a focal point of their plan
  • Strategize with your sales lead to grow and develop existing client business and win net new business
  • Problem solving working with the wider Scibids team to get answers to potential issues
  • First class custom service we strive to have an approach that is forward thinking and opportunistic, given that we love to build strong working relationships with our clients and the foundations of this come from the service


  • Professional experience 4+ years in programmatic trading, Analytics or customer success/account manager team in the programmatic space
  • Has experience in at least 2 of the following DSP’s DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, Beeswax or MediaMath
  • Fluent in English, Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal/external team members
  • Detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize projects/tasks simultaneously and to completion
  • Start up environment experience would be an asset
  • A can-do attitude to provide energy, drive and enthusiasm
  • Ambition to grow your career as the company scales
  • Advanced mathematics studies or a math major will be an asset

Who you are

  • Organized with a rigorous attention to detail, drive for excellence, and a positive “can-do” approach.
  • Proven communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent/higher level of education.
  • Knowledge of is a plus.
  • Understanding of the online media marketplace.
  • Self-motivated, independent thinker and a team player, who will hit the ground running.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple deliverables with tight deadlines, manage competing priorities, and consistently perform in high pressure environments.
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of management including senior executive level.
  • Passion and desire to play a key role in driving a new business to success in the advertising technology space.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV. The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between [$68,000 -$129,000.00]. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits.
