The key focus of our Business Development Representative team is outbound prospecting and opportunity generation, facilitating smooth handoff to dedicated Account Executives. We are seeking a candidate who embodies a creative and entrepreneurial spirit, coupled with a solution-oriented approach to challenges. &nbsp; Here's what you'll do:

<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Conduct market research to identify new potential customers and leads</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Utilize lead generation tools such as ZoomInfo and Salesforce</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Meet specific monthly pipeline metrics to help achieve sales goals while continuously improving sales skills</li>

<li>Experience with Salesforce, Zoominfo, Outreach, or other related tools</li>
<li>Eagerness to learn sales practices and a strong desire to advance their sales career; open to coaching and feedback</li>
