What you 'll be doing:
Be a strategic business partner to CS leadership and help them make better business decisions. Deliver insights to enable decision making based on data, KPIs and metrics
Support forecasting, headcount planning, resource allocation, discretionary expense tracking, and company-wide annual planning
Define metrics and leading indicators of business performance and partner analytics teams to develop reporting dashboards
Work with accounting, operations, analytics and other departments to build finance systems for scale
Prepare materials for monthly forecast meetings with the CFO
What we 're looking for:
4+ years of relevant experience in GTM Finance, CS Ops, banking or consulting
Demonstrated ability to build out reporting and drive alignment with cross functional partners in a fast paced environment
Comfort with large unorganized datasets, partnering closely with analytics, CS operations and systems teams to connect the dots and drive insights
Strong presentation and writing skills, along with the ability to clearly communicate messages that link business issues, financial results, and strategy at the executive level
Advanced in Microsoft Excel and proficient in SQL. Experience with Salesforce

Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $135,000
The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate.
