About the role:
We are looking for a Recruiter / Senior Recruiter who will help us to build out a recruiting platform that is truly best in class. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our team's growth, seeking out and engaging with candidates whose skills and drive will propel Angi forward. You'll craft and implement thoughtful sourcing strategies that reach beyond the conventional, ensuring that every candidate interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and sets the stage for lasting relationships. This position is based in our NYC office - we're looking for someone open to coming to the office on a Hybrid schedule (3 days/week).
What you'll do:
You will identify and engage potential candidates through diverse sourcing channels, building a robust talent pipeline. You'll be responsible for developing innovative outreach strategies to attract a wide range of candidates and gain a deep understanding of the talent landscape across various functions and industries through talent mapping.
You will be our candidates' link to Angi - conducting initial phone or video interviews with candidates, preparing tailored questions and evaluation forms to assess their knowledge, skills, and experience. You'll provide comprehensive information about our company and the role, ensuring candidates are well-informed and evaluated fairly.
You will be responsible for tracking and guiding candidates through our recruitment process, maintaining open communication throughout. You'll address candidate concerns and questions to ensure a positive experience & you'll facilitate offer negotiations between candidates and hiring managers.
You will leverage metrics to generate reports and pinpoint areas for recruitment strategy enhancement.
