Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities, from troubleshooting and supporting 3rd party integrations to owning the outcome of technical issues with partners. You will be expected to leverage your code writing skills as needed to address complex integration challenges.</span></div><h3>What You'll Do</h3><br/><ul><li>Liaison Between TSE and Engineering: Act as a Tier 3 liaison between Integration Partners, Technical Support Engineering (TSE), and engineering teams. Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex technical issues primarily related to Integrations but at times also with base code.</li><li>Partner Support and Escalation: Be the Red Canary SME for a set of partner applications. Serve as the internal escalation point for technical issues with partners and the primary liaison to the partner technical team (Integrations/Partnerships). Own the outcome of technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication.</li><li>Feature and Release Management: Report to Product and Engineering relevant new features and product releases from partners (Integrations/Partnerships). Manage end-of-life (EOL) announcements for partner integrations.</li><li>Enablement and Collaboration: Prototype and enable internal teams on new partner integrations. **Challenges You Will Solve**
