As Ninety continues to experience exceptional growth, we are looking to bring on an Email Marketing Manager who will report to the Marketing Ops Leader.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• 3-5 years of email marketing experience; PLG preferred
• Proven experience in an email management function and outstanding attention to detail
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing campaigns through a Marketing Automation Tool (Preferably HubSpot)
• Data-driven and analytical with strong ability to interpret and identify insights through data
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to clearly articulate information that influences data-driven business decisions
• Operates independently and efficiently to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously and successfully, without sacrificing attention to detail

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Execute on email marketing campaigns with minimal errors, owning all process from email design to audience segmentation to email performance
• Work with the Marketing team to craft strategic vision and roadmap for email and automation
• Implement an email roadmap based on the overall customer journey with an emphasis on email campaigns to drive prospect conversion
• Run complex A/B and multivariate testing across emails and journeys to determine incrementality and optimal sequencing
• Deep dive into different data streams to ensure correctness of targeting
• Leverage CRM data to drive a personalized and contextual experiences to increase conversion
• Drive continuous improvement across email KPIs including deliverability, engagement rates, conversion rates, opt-out rates, and revenue
• Manage reporting requests and ongoing analyses for campaign performance, key insights, and strategic learnings
• Drive a customer first approach to all email experiences
• Be knowledgeable on email best practices, technologies, and trends

Preferred Qualifications:

• Skills - Email Marketing, campaign tracking and management, and essentially owning all nurture metrics
• Education - Undergraduate in Marketing, Information systems, or Analytics
• Technologies - Experience with HubSpot, Marketo, or another Marketing Automation tool
• Portfolio of work - Experience managing a marketable database of 1M+
• Relevant work experience - Worked at a high growth company, PLG motion business
