Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with experience in application migration to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python development and hands-on experience in migrating applications from one platform to another.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand application migration requirements and develop migration strategies.

• Analyse existing applications and identify areas for improvement and optimization.

• Design, develop, and maintain Python scripts and applications to facilitate the migration process.

• Work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless deployment of migrated applications.

Requirements:

• **** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Python Developer with a strong understanding of Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).

• Hands-on experience in application migration , including migrating applications between different platforms (e.g., on-premises to cloud).

• Proficiency in database management systems, SQL, and data migration techniques.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Ansible, Bash).
