In this role, you'll be part of the technology team empowering Red Canary to excel. With your patience, energy, resourcefulness, and drive to support great experiences, you will create elegant, intuitive experiences that allow Red Canary to continue to grow, move quickly and be a strong security ally to our customers.</span></div><h3>What You'll Do</h3><br/><ul><li>Provide world-class technical support. Initial ticket triage and prioritization, respond to requests and direct people to the right solution, escalating when needed.</li><li>Identify service impacting changes or events and quickly communicate status updates to the business.</li><li>Drive the use and improvement of our self-help resources including our collective company knowledgebase, chatbots and DIY functionality. Support these resources and help make them great. Share them with the company.</li><li>Conduct our IT onboarding activities. Run the new hire sessions and welcome new employees to the flock.</li><li>Collaborate on IT projects and engage with business partners to improve IT services and processes.</li><li>Own the technology experience in our Denver Office.
