Role Overview:

We are building a world-class Sales Operations team to enable our next stage of growth, and we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Manager, International Sales Operations to join the p44 team. You will collaborate closely with our sales, marketing, and finance teams to build and maintain the operational processes driving our revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational support by being the local business partner with our Europe, Asia, and Latin America Sales teams to support topics such as planning, forecasting, pipeline reporting, capacity planning, and overall sales strategy
  • Be proactive in creating goals, reporting, and analyses to continuously evaluate sales team productivity.
  • Implement leading and lagging indicators to help drive critical business decisions (Health signals on our ICP, conversion metrics, loss analysis, etc.)
  • Drive and lead business-critical operational process improvements with our sales, marketing, finance, and other cross functional stakeholders

Minimum qualifications

  • 5+ years in a Sales Operations role at a B2B company; experience in tech companies a plus
  • Strong analytical skills to support a point of view
  • Exceptional skills in analytical tools including Excel and extensive experience working with large data sets
  • Familiarity with Salesforce reporting; Clari and Tableau knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to independently prioritize tasks and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment
  • In-office Commitment: Employees are expected to contribute to our collaborative culture by working in the office three days weekly
