Braze is seeking an experienced Manager, Global Events Production (Event Producer) for our owned events.&nbsp;
This is a fun and exciting position, as you get to work on multiple programs across multiple regions. You will play a critical role, working alongside your peers in event tech, creative, sponsorship, content, and demand generation to create memorable and meaningful Braze events for our audience. Your highest priority will be full production ownership of our City x City Sao Paulo and City x City Sydney events. You will also provide production support for other Braze-owned events, including our flagship, Forge.

Responsibilities:
Event Strategy
<ul>
<li>In conjunction with Braze company goals, develop and implement event marketing strategies to best support our intended audience</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure events complement overall marketing, product, and business strategies</li>

Event Planning and Execution

<li>Plan, organize, and execute on a variety of events, including company and sales kickoffs, our global series, and the customer flagship event, Forge&nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate logistics, creative, venue selection, F&amp;B, AV requirements, and other event details to ensure seamless execution</li>
<li>Project manage the event alongside our agency partners to ensure the experience is on brand and meets all defined objectives&nbsp;</li>

Promotion and Outreach
<ul>
<li>Work alongside demand gen and lifecycle marketing to promote events and drive attendance through multiple channels, including social media, IPM, email, and digital channels, like webinars</li>
<li>Collaborate with the global campaigns team to integrate event promotions into overall marketing campaigns</li>
</ul>
Audience Engagement
<ul>
<li>Develop strategies to enhance attendee and sponsor engagement and experiences</li>
<li>Incorporate interactive elements, networking opportunities, and other features to create a positive and memorable event atmosphere</li>
</ul>
Performance Measurement
<ul>
<li>Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of events</li>
<li>Analyze data and feedback to make informed decisions and continuously improve future events</li>
</ul>
Budget Management
<ul>
<li>Manage event budgets efficiently, ensuring cost-effective planning and execution</li>
<li>Negotiate contracts through agencies or with vendors and suppliers to maximize budgetary resources</li>

Cross-Functional Collaboration

<li>Collaborate with internal teams to align event objectives with broader company goals</li>

WHO YOU ARE
<ul>
<li>5+ years of relevant work experience in event marketing and event production</li>
<li>Experience managing budgets greater than $500k</li>
<li>Demonstrated competence in presenting recommendations and gaining alignment with cross-functional teams and leadership</li>
<li>Familiarity with contracting and accounting processes</li>
<li>Excellent time management, resource management, and planning skills</li>
<li>Solid budget management skills&nbsp;</li>
<li>Strong analytical approach to problem-solving</li>

For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $117,000 and $126,000/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $130,000 and $140,000/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, Braze offers full- and part- time employees a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that all Braze employees own a piece of our company.
