<p>You’ll be joining our Virtual Events team.&nbsp;The Virtual Events team develops and executes journeys that usher prospects and customers from awareness to purchase to advocacy, optimizing for return on investment. We are a revenue generating arm of the Platform Marketing organization, and are an internal leverage to support growth.&nbsp;</p>
<p>This team is a high impact and high visibility unit. We are an instrumental part of Carta’s growth in North America, APAC, UK, and the Middle East; and serve events with thousands of registrations weekly. In 2023, we have doubled our event capacity and reach; and we continue to improve our offerings and reach in 2024.</p>
<p>In this role, you will work closely with subject matter experts across C-suites, Brand, Lifecycle Marketing, Product Marketing, Growth Strategy, Web, Sales Enablement, Social, Business Development, and Public Relations to curate, deliver, and scale programming. Over time, you will shape the future of Carta’s content pipeline and our event programming.</p>
<h2><strong>About You</strong></h2>
<p>You are a change agent with experience of bringing people together, building out scalable processes, and iterating quickly in ambiguity. This person excels at balancing strategic planning with execution and is comfortable getting their hands dirty.</p>
