<p>Cresco Labs is seeking a well-organized, detail-oriented Lead Gardener - Mothers and Propagation. The Lead Gardener - Mom/Prop will oversee a team responsible for caring and managing mom genetics and cutting and cloning to meet production targets. The Lead Gardener - Mom/Prop is also responsible for ensuring that all processes, training requirements, schedules, policies and procedures are followed.</p>

<li>Ensuring the propagation production goals are met</li>
<li>Responsible for uniform cloning methods, producing healthy clones and delivery consistent, high-quality results</li>
<li>Responsible for overall plant care, including cutting and rooting plants</li>
<li>Training staff, adhering to policies and processes, and maintenance of inventory</li>
<li>Leading teams of agents in topping, skirting, transplanting and moving plants</li>
<li>Responsible for data entry, track &amp; trace and payroll</li>

<li>Demonstrated experience supervising a large-scale agriculture facility</li>
<li>Demonstrated personnel supervisor experience</li>
<li>Knowledge of plant cultivation and cultivation facility operations, including topping procedures, weeding out bad clones, and keeping a uniform canopy</li>
<li>Critical-thinking, problem-solving, planning and assessment</li>
<li>Computer literacy in word processing, database management, windows-based software and point of sale applications</li>
<li>Knowledge of medical cannabis policy and law</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and attention to detail</li>
<li>Effective time-management and ability to multi-task</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment</li>
<li>Ability to stand, sit, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs</li>
