<p>Cresco Labs is seeking a Senior Analyst, Cost Accounting to join our corporate finance team in Massachusetts. This individual will report to the Sr Manager, Cost Accounting and Analysis and be a key contributor to the company’s cost accounting and analysis process. This will include preparing quarterly cost models, monthly estimates and KPI’s, as well as preparing key schedules used for accounting, audit, tax, and external reporting. The Senior Analyst will also be responsible for maintaining the integrity and structure of the model(s) along with implementing process improvements and ensuring standardization. Our ideal candidate must be a self-starter who is highly organized with great attention to detail, can adapt to shifting priorities and thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment.</p>
<p>This position is fully remote; however, the candidate will be required to travel to the Uxbridge, MA, and Fall River, MA facilities on a monthly basis and attend in-person meetings at the Corporate Headquarters in Chicago once a quarter.</p>

<li>Subject matter expert for cost and inventory accounting.</li>
<li>Responsible for processing and preparation of the inventory analysis cost model for at least one market.</li>
<li>Acts as liaison with operations for the market(s) associated with the assigned cost model(s).</li>
<li>Partner with the operational teams across the organization on key cost projects.</li>
<li>Prepare inventory analysis and valuation on a quarterly basis, with estimates and other key assumptions developed monthly.</li>
<li>Calculates inventory reserve schedules on a quarterly basis.</li>
<li>Prepares cost estimates and required KPI’s monthly.</li>
<li>Prepare schedules used in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for both internal and external reporting purposes.</li>
<li>Assist with preparation of financial statement analytics on a quarterly basis.</li>
<li>Assist with operational cost model and SKU-level analysis initiatives to provide improved profitability reporting.&nbsp; Skilled at turning data and trends into insights to assess performance and impact business decisions.</li>

<li>Advanced to Expert proficiency in MS Excel required, including working with large amounts of data, complex functions, and nested formulas. Power Query proficiency preferred.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Experience with financial systems (Intacct and BPC helpful) with knowledge of data structure and reporting requirements.</li>
<li>Ability to travel to Uxbridge, MA, and Fall River, MA facilities on a monthly basis. Available to work some nights and weekends during quarter close.</li>
