As a Technical Software Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling our software development solutions to prospective clients. You will work closely with our technical team to understand client requirements, propose tailored solutions, and ensure successful implementation. Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

- Identify and qualify leads through research, networking, and outreach.

- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients within the target market segments.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies.

2. Solution Selling:

- Understand client needs and pain points related to software development.

- Present and demonstrate our software development solutions to potential clients, emphasizing their benefits and value proposition.

3. Relationship Building:

5. Market Intelligence:

Qualifications:

- Proven track record of success in software sales

- Deep understanding of software development methodologies, technologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps, cloud computing), and programming languages.

- Strong sales acumen, with excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

- Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with technical and non- technical stakeholders.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Hubspot) and sales automation tools.

Compensation:
