Partner Operations Overview:

The Partner Operations Manager is a new role on the Customer Success Strategy &amp; Operations team, which is focused on driving efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation across the broader Customer Success &amp; Partnerships Departments. With a keen understanding of the Ironclad GTM and Partnerships Strategy, the Partner Ops Manager will focus on standing up new processes, systems, reporting, and operating cadences that are critical to ensuring a consistent, scalable, and positive partner strategy for all the different types of Ironclad partners. 	Work with the Partnerships team and the broader GTM Operations team to define and operationalize the end-to-end partner experience from identification/recruitment to activation/ongoing success.

	Manage the day-to-day operations of Channel Tech Alliance &amp; SI Partners, including but not limited to deal &amp; implementation registration, tracking invoicing &amp; payments to SIs, implementing incentive programs, documenting/enforcing policy &amp; partnering with Professional Services on subcontracting capacity needs.&nbsp;&nbsp;

	Partner with GTM Systems on overseeing Impartner and ensuring it integrates with the broader GTM stack.
	</li>
	<li>
	Analyze partner KPIs, identify areas for enhancement, &amp; collaborate on strategies to optimize partner success, revenue generation &amp; gross margin&nbsp;
	</li>
	<li>
	Own strategy and facilitation of partner NPS, CSAT, and other feedback surveys required to drive an outstanding partner experience.
	</li>
	<li>
	Collaborate with Partnerships team to define &amp; drive regular cadence of activities like QBRs, Partner Plan reviews, pipeline reviews &amp; quarterly Operations roadmap &amp; priorities.

	Lead annual and quarterly planning cycles, including but not limited to territory assignment, quota assignment, KPI management, margin analysis, &amp; forecasting.

	Collaborate with Sales, Success, Customer &amp; Partner Enablement &amp; Marketing teams on executing partner-driven campaigns, promotions, &amp; lead generation activities all while building reporting capabilities.

<h2>Requirements:</h2>

	Experience working across different types of partners (i.e. channel partners, VARs, SIs, MSPs, ISVs) and a deep understanding of their routes to market.&nbsp;

	Minimum 5 years operations experience, with 3 years focused on partnerships.

	Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in using Excel and/or gSheets to drive insights, produce accurate forecasts, and support the business in making informed decisions.

	Experience partnering with FP&amp;A, Accounting, Sales, Marketing, &amp; BI teams on drive Operational rigor for the Partnerships team.&nbsp;
	</li>
	<li>
	Experience with Salesforce and Impartner (or other PRM tools) and ability to build/maintain executive-level reports &amp; dashboards, drive pipeline hygiene, &amp; liaise with GTM Systems on providing technical requirements.

	Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) and the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

Base Salary Range: $150,000 - $175,000

The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters.
