Position Overview:

We seek an experienced and dynamic Account Executive with an entrepreneurial spirit who can manage multiplex sales cycles. You will contribute to developing and executing key Go-To-Market strategies, hitting annual targets, growing relationships, and understanding customer trends. This position reports to the Head of New Business Development and will harness the benefits of a thriving demand generation machine, Sales Development Representative support, and creatively owning your prospecting.

In this role, you’ll focus on building relationships with new clients and supporting existing ones by communicating the value Fama Technologies Inc. can provide to large, recognizable brand names. You will work creatively in a growing start-up environment, presenting the value of our software and social media screening services for qualified prospects and increasing the pipeline of potential buyers.

Fama's Account Executive will have the autonomy to use data, new strategies, and intuition to build a book of business that can develop into new clients. Additionally, you will be an instrumental partner in qualifying opportunities, assisting with the entire sales cycle and translating insights learned from current clients into campaigns that identify new ones.


  • Fulfill and further evolve Fama’s sales playbook to meet or exceed revenue quota
  • Engage with complex enterprise accounts and manage a wide range of stakeholders to ensure success
  • Educate leads and prospects on Fama’s solutions using a commercial teaching methodology that generates value for the prospect in every interaction
  • Stand out in a highly competitive HR SaaS marketplace
  • Accountable for revenue goals and collaborating with marketing to build a healthy sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with Fama’s leadership team to track and maintain a set of metrics that drive the success of our sales efforts
  • Represent Fama at industry events such as trade shows and conferences
  • Funnel prospect feedback to strategize a knowledge base for future roadmap
  • Detailing all sales activities in a web-based CRM system
  • Identify opportunities within our targeted verticals to optimize sales cycles and add value for all prospects
  • Being a frontal visionary lead with originality, grace, and passionate dedication to execution
  • Serves the modern buyer and client's voice when selling, developing, and executing advertising campaigns
  • Influentially negotiate key contract terms and pricing with buying influencers such as finance and procurement


  • 3 -5+ years of cloud-based SaaS enterprise sales experience, experience in new categories, and complex solution-based selling is a plus
  • Have multiple years of combined sales, business development, or account management experience selling enterprise solutions
  • Flourishes in fast-paced, start-up and hyper-growth environments
  • Passionate about the art of sales, the thrill of closing deals, and the everpresent desire to grow
  • Advanced business acumen in new business development and SaaS sales
  • Outstanding communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • A natural storyteller and the ability to educate and enlighten others.
  • Intermediate Experience using CRMs and sales intelligence tools. Hubspot preferred
  • Travel up to 25%
