As Head of GTM Enablement at Carta,&nbsp; you will be responsible for leading a 10-person enablement team that works across both sales and post-sale (customer success, implementation and support). You will work with an excellent, high-achieving set of sales and CS stakeholders and in partnership with a broader 50-person GTM Operations team.</p>
<p>Core responsibilities:</p>

<li>Educate the business about the role of enablement and build strong partnerships with key stakeholders</li>
<li>Build partnerships with Product Marketing, Pricing, and BizOps teams&nbsp;</li>
<li>Create a quarterly cadence that is aligned to the business and key groups</li>
<li>Move the role of enablement from reactive to proactive and data-driven</li>
<li>Drive cross-functional alignment and change with key partners</li>
<li>Partner with GTM Operations to increase sales and CS performance and efficiency</li>
<li>Measure and provide reports on the impact of enablement to the business</li>
<li>Lead the vision for the enablement tech stack in partnership with GTM Operations to improve the systems that help our teams learn</li>
<li>Plan and execute key events including Sales and CS Kickoffs</li>
<li>Lead and develop a high-performing team of go-to-market enablement professionals</li>
<li>Provide coaching, mentorship, and guidance to drive individual and team success</li>

<p>You’ll be joining a 10 person enablement team across sales and customer success, and be part of a broader 50-person GTM Ops team that drives data, strategy and operations across all GTM Functions. This role reports into our VP of GTM Operations.&nbsp;</p>
<p>This is a San Francisco or New York City based role with 3 days a week in office.&nbsp; Most key stakeholders, teammates and partners work out of the San Francisco office.</p>
<h2><strong>About You</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>10+ years of experience in GTM (Sales, CS) enablement</li>
<li>Demonstrated success in building partnerships with key partners</li>
<li>Strategic problem solver who can take broad visions to develop structured plans, actions and metrics to execute those plans</li>
<li>Experience with Sandler or other sales methodologies and how to implement and leverage them</li>
<li>Deep experience and passion for understanding the products your team enables</li>
<li>Exceptional communicator with experience building relationships in complex SaaS organizations</li>
<li>Nice to have: current or past experience leading a sales or CS team</li>
</ul>

<p>Carta’s compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans. Our minimum cash compensation (salary + commission if applicable) range for this role is: $195,000 - $260,000&nbsp; in San Francisco, CA.
