The People Solutions Coordinator will provide valuable support across various People functions, ensuring accuracy and integrity from compliance to our processes, and serve as a key point of contact for employee operational questions and/or concerns.&nbsp; This role will report to the Team Lead, People Solutions, and sits within the People Operations function, but will also have the opportunity to work closely with all functions across the People Department.
Please note the hours for this position will vary from 9:00-18:00 to 13:00-22:00, 2-3 days a week with a hybrid in-office schedule. RESPONSIBILITIES As the People Solutions Coordinator, you will:

<li>Maintain a thorough understanding of our HR policies, procedures, and local laws to ensure compliance&nbsp;</li>
<li>Reviews all new hire data and ensures the integrity of all data entered. Support the onboarding process of new hires, including regional day-one new hire onboarding sessions</li>
<li>Respond to employee inquiries through our ticketing system in a timely manner to meet SLAs and/or direct them to the right teams and resources based on their needs</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members and management to optimize and implement process improvements</li>
<li>Assist the People team with various ad-hoc projects and day-to-day tasks (e.g. employee criminal background checks, work authorization checks, immigration queries)</li>
<li>Maintain procedure documentation on People Solution processes&nbsp;</li>
<li>Contribute as an ambassador for our culture; help manage projects that increase engagement, motivation, development, and retention</li>

WHO YOU ARE
You’re a motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized person who is excited to join a fast-paced and scaling company!&nbsp;
Specifically, you have:

<li>Minimum of 2 years experience in HR</li>
<li>Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy</li>
<li>Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Strong service orientation to internal and/or external customers</li>
<li>Receptive to feedback</li>
<li>Prior experience working with an HRIS system (Workday is a plus)</li>
