As GTM Productivity Manager, you will help to drive a cohesive strategy for how our GTM team members leverage tools and data to be successful in their day to day interactions with customers.

<li>Analyze business and individual needs to prioritize programs that lead to impact</li>
<li>Design, develop, and own a business plan to guide strategy and interactions across our comprehensive suite of go-to-market tools</li>
<li>Partner with subject matter experts to define needs and be the voice of our GTM partners to ensure enablement on our tools is effective</li>
<li>Partner with other parts of the Enablement &amp; Productivity team to build impactful programs that develop soft skills through the use of existing tools</li>
<li>Track KPIs to identify trends, anticipate development needs, and proactively execute programs that accelerate growth</li>
<li>Partner closely with the broader team to ensure alignment between training, the use of tools and key Sales and Customer Success&nbsp; outcomes</li>
<li>Monitor key KPIs associated with programs to assess the success and adoption of enablement.</li>
<li>Employ systematic and rigorous qualitative and quantitative analysis to determine requirements and program effectiveness</li>
<li>Ensure team members have clarity of purpose and the tools required to meet their responsibilities</li>
<li>Maintain relationships with our key vendor partners to ensure we are getting maximum ROI from our existing tools, evaluate enhanced features and/ or other solutions where necessary</li>
<li>Assist VP of GTM Enablement in understanding areas of opportunity with renewals for software contracts</li>
</ul>
WHO YOU ARE
<ul>
<li>5+ years combined experience in Sales, Customer Success and/ or GTM readiness, Productivity, Sales Enablement or Sales Operations..&nbsp;</li>
<li>Subject matter expertise in sales processes, tools,&nbsp; methodologies, and techniques</li>
<ul>
<li>Direct experience working with tools like Outreach, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator as an administrator or power user</li>
</ul>
<li>Strong communication and influence skills</li>
<li>Exceptional relationship management skills with senior stakeholders</li>
<li>Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Confidence when presenting in front of large groups</li>
<li>Proven track record of producing and hosting enablement events, leading advanced sales training driving adoption of best practices, and measuring the impact of productivity programs at scale</li>
<li>Flexibility and ability to pivot to new demands with a high sense of urgency</li>
<li>Demonstrated leadership in delivering results with large-scale, cross-functional teams</li>
<li>Experience working with Learning Management Systems and other related systems and processes</li>
<li>Proven ability to lead and develop high-performance teams</li>
<li>Ability to conduct analyses, translate results to digestible communications, including messages and presentations</li>
<li>Light travel</li>
<li>Business fluent English. Additional languages are an advantage</li>
</ul>
For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $88,000 and $104,000/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $115,000 and $130,000/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
