Job Summary

The Sr. Account Executive is a key role for FullStack growing its reach and revenue in Indiana and the middle U.S. Through relationship building, targeted outreach with prospective clients, and building a strong referral network, this role is key for bringing in ideal, long term clients to achieve FullStack's short-term and long-term growth goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and prospecting
  • Building strong referral relationships and partnerships
  • Conducting sales process from start to finish
  • Contribute to FullStack's marketing and social media efforts

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, fundraising, or client success roles
  • Knowledge of Human Resources preferable
  • Bachelor's Degree preferable but not required
  • Ability to travel occasionally in Indiana and the Midwest (1-3 short trips/month)
  • Indiana Health Licensure within six (6) months of starting role

  • Confident in walking prospects from start to finish and obtaining close
  • Organized and diligent with details for successful onboarding handoff
  • Gracefully navigate challenges and conflicts in sales and onboarding process
