Job Title: Senior RPA Developer (Power Automate)

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior RPA Developer specializing in Microsoft Power Automate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in robotic process automation (RPA), proven expertise in Power Automate, and a passion for automating business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for automation solutions, including process design documents (PDD) and technical design documents (TDD).
• Develop and configure workflows, scripts, and automation solutions to streamline business processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in RPA development, with at least 3 years focused on Microsoft Power Automate.
• Proficient in using Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow), Power Apps, and other components of the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or C#.
• Experience with process analysis, design, and optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certifications in Power Automate or other relevant RPA tools are highly desirable.
