EarnIn Design &amp; Research is responsible for fostering that trust—through diligent customer research and innovative product strategy, all in the service of crafting high-quality user experiences.</div>
<div class="p-rich_text_section"><br>This is a Staff level individual contributor role. Our Designers and Researchers collaborate in cross-functional teams that work collaboratively, autonomously, and rapidly. We’re tasked with solving the company’s largest challenges as we enjoy rapid growth. For example, we help our customers:</div>

<div class="p-rich_text_section">The US base salary range for this full-time position is $213,700 - 261,100 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. This role will be primarily in the office of Mountain View and will require hybrid work from the office each week with 2 days in the office.&nbsp;</div>
