Position Responsibilities: Lead a team of Cloud Engineers across US and other geographies to deploy Data Platform solutions. Responsible for all stages of design and development for complex products and platforms including architecting, solution design, development, and testing. Extensive work with Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure with deep expertise designing Multi Tenant platforms, Designing Security and Access patterns in projects and system integrations. Provides domain-specific expertise, for Cloud Engineering, data engineering and pipeline design and overall software/data engineering leadership and perspective to cross-organization projects, programs, and activities. Handles Off-shore and on-site Team, Provides guidance, mentorship to team members. Drives innovation and integration of new technologies into team, projects, and activities in the projects. Provides tangible feedback to improve product quality and mitigate the failure risk.
Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field, PLUS five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related position. Experience must include demonstrable knowledge of: GCP; AWS; Azure; Spark; Google Dataflow; bigquery; Java, and; Python. Travel to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S. approximately 30%, as required. May telecommute from any location within the U.S.
