Position Responsibilities: Conduct complex software and systems analysis, to remain abreast of current IT trends and anticipate business requirements to be used in ongoing technical projects. Coordinate installation of software applications and systems as the associate technical product owner. Analyze business requirements and help PO in defining the vision. Manage IT product backlog, utilizing experience and relevant software tools. Analyze and prioritize business needs according to project requirements. Utilize expertise in Agile Methodology, Product Backlog Definition, Scrum, Product Roadmap Definition, and Project Management to oversee development stages.

Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, or a related field, PLUS five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related position. Experience must include demonstrable knowledge of: Java; Node.js; SQL; UML; REST/SOAP API; SAFe Agile framework experience; User Experience Design; QA and Functional Testing; HIPAA standards knowledge, and; Product Roadmap. Alternatively, will accept Master’s degree PLUS two (2) years of described experience. Travel to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S. approximately 30%, as required. May telecommute from any location within the U.S. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
