Tactive is looking for a Screen Print Operator to operate the press, perform basic maintenance on equipment, ensure changeover procedures are followed, and may work with additional assigned staff that are included in the print line to catch/inspect press prints.

Responsibilities

• Properly use and setup machines including automatic sheet fed presses, manual clamshell presses and moving bed presses
• Make proper use of test and inspection devices as required by the group leader and/or job packet
• Prepare daily time accountability and paperwork
• Read and understand job paperwork
• Follow job paperwork and insure colors, registration, substrates, and other critical components are accurate as to what is required to complete the job
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements + Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of computers and machines that have various touch screen systems
• Must be a Team Player with excellent verbal, phone, and written email communication skills
• Ideal Candidate must have basic Math and Ruler measurement skills
• Understanding of print functions and full bindery processes
• Attention to detail, Ability to multi task, Manage a flexible work load
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more as needed using both arms
• 1 years minimum experience at similar job, will train the right person
• Successful applicants should be highly motivated, have the desire to succeed
