Position Overview

The will be responsible for creating comprehensive recruitment plans to maximize local campaign outcomes. Responsible for researching and strategizing ways to effectively recruit for all research sites across the country. Manages vendors including reaching out to new recruitment vendors, setting up initial calls, and developing relationships. Must also be able to manage budgets and update spreadsheets to reflect ad budget spend(s). This position may also assist with writing copy for patient recruitment materials that will be utilized for a variety of campaigns and throughout the network. Passionate about clinical research and finding new ways to recruit for studies that result in optimal outcomes. This role may include company-wide initiatives with our online presence as well as departmental initiatives to support ongoing trials.

What You'll Be Working On

· Researches, plans, purchases, and places advertising. This will include varying budgets based on study protocols.

· Develops unique strategies and builds upon current client strategies within the digital arena to meet/exceed objectives

· Executes projects to be high quality, on time and within budget

· Fosters timeline development and monitors progress, ensuring deadlines are met

· Be on the forefront of targeted local, regional, and hyper-local advertising campaigns for all Care Access sites.

· Manages the IRB approved patient recruitment marketing materials - ensure materials are filed and kept in an easy to access shared files

· Tracks campaigns and budget spends on applicable spreadsheets

· Assists Senior Manager with writing content for recruitment materials, as needed

· Works closely with Social Media Manager and Community Outreach Manager to ensure all organizations and other groups have necessary materials to help advertise for Care Access

· Conducts A/B testing series, as needed

· Provides weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports

Physical and Travel Requirements

This is a remote position with less than 10% travel requirements. Occasional planned travel may be required as part of the role.

What You Bring Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Excellent working knowledge of medical and research terminology

Excellent working knowledge of federal regulations, good clinical practices (GCP)

Strong relationship management; organizational and project management skills

Ability to communicate and work effectively with a diverse team of professionals

Strong organizational skills: Able to prioritize, delegate, direct, support, assign and follow through on assignments

Ability to develop strategies for optimal outcomes with patient recruitment

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills as evidenced by positive interactions with coworkers, management, and vendors

Certifications/Licenses, Education, and Experience:

Minimum of a GED required.

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field preferred.
