Position Overview
What You'll Be Working On
· Develop and implement a comprehensive patient experience strategy
· Monitor and analyze participant feedback to continuously improve the patient experience
· Elevate how we communicate across the patient journey from first interaction to the collateral when they visit our site.
· Understand the “why” people participate in a study and incorporate that into communications
· Review the end to end member experience from digital to in-person and collaborate with respective teams to improve it
Physical and Travel Requirements
Candidates must be willing to travel 30% of the time nationwide. Frequency and length of travel may depend on the length and project requirements.
What You Bring
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Health Sciences, Nursing, Psychology, Public Health). A Master’s degree is preferred
· Minimum 7 years of experience in patient engagement, patient experience, or related role within healthcare or clinical research industry
· Proven track record of successfully leading patient-centric initiatives and improving patient satisfaction
· Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
