About The Role
As a Principal Field Architect (PFA), you will act as the customer’s trusted advisor - providing insight, technical domain expertise, solution design, and use case support that directly drives the implementation success for the customer. Your primary focus will be defining the path to production roll-out, and success will generally be determined by the adoption of Immuta into production systems.
You will embed with the account team and provide technical guidance and implementation in a number of different scenarios:
*Consultation on technical fit and alignment to success criteria
*Use case selection/validation
*Initial onboarding and configuration
*Proof of concept
*Solution innovation in the customer’s governance and data provisioning solutions
*Implementation resource planning
*Product roadmap reviews and feature requests
You will work closely with the Account Executive (AE), Regional Director (RD), and Field Chief Technology Officer (FCTO) to coordinate efforts as you execute contracts. Contract outcomes will vary widely. In certain cases, you will need to use your expertise to determine what actions to take to best further the customer’s success with Immuta. You will work even more closely with customer resources, including System Integrators (SIs), so establishing a close and collaborative relationship with them will be key to your success. These collaboration efforts, particularly with other vendors and SIs, will be supported by the VP of Alliances for Public Sector.
Additionally, your experiences may influence product direction. Contribution of customer insights back to the Product team will be an aspect of your role in addition to day to day execution of contract deliverables. This does not include personal contributions of code (i.e., software engineering).
When not on contract delivery, you will use your skills and expertise to contribute back to the Immuta organization by contributing to content creation, onboarding/implementation guides, training, internal PoCs, and potentially supporting trade shows and marketing activities.
