A DAY IN THE LIFE:

<li>Establish relationships with key decision-makers at schools and educational organizations across Australia.</li>
<li>Educate potential customers on the value of Clever’s platform, supporting them through the implementation process to ensure success.</li>
<li>Track and respond to technical RFPs, while competing effectively to win new business.</li>
<li>Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, using Salesforce (SFDC) to track and measure progress.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Clever’s Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure offerings are tailored to the Australian education market.</li>
<li>Operate entrepreneurially, working to establish Clever in the market, and providing insights and new ideas to accelerate our growth.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Create a great experience for our new customers in Australia, retain key customers and provide ongoing support to supplement customer success and support teams when needed.</li>
<li>Set strategic goals with school leaders and foster long-term partnerships that align with Clever’s vision for EdTech.</li>
<li>Represent Clever in Australia with key partners at conferences and education events to build awareness of Clever’s solutions.</li>

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

<li>Minimum 7 years of experience building relationships and selling technology products to educational institutions in Australia.</li>
<li>Proven track record of success in establishing new business and exceeding sales quotas.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of the Australian education system, including school operations, curriculum, and technology needs.</li>
<li>Familiarity with the procurement processes in Australian schools and educational organizations.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, presentation, and technology skills, with a focus on educating customers and supporting their EdTech implementation.</li>
<li>Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills, with an emphasis on collaboration and long-term relationship building.</li>
<li>Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.</li>
<li>Willingness to travel within Australia during peak sales and conference seasons (up to 50% of the time).</li>
<li>Flexibility to work and travel on weekends for conferences and internal sales meetings.</li>

Pay Transparency: The range for On-Target Earnings cash compensation for this role is between $307,600 AUD to $362,000 AUD. All final offers are determined using multiple factors including experience and level of expertise.
