<p>As marketing leader for the AMER regional marketing team you will play an integral role as member of the marketing leadership team leading regional demand generation and field marketing efforts across our business, campus and government verticals.&nbsp; In this role, you will be responsible for working with sales leadership to define the marketing strategy for the region and deliver high quality top of funnel leads that convert to high quality sales pipeline to hit quarterly and annual goals.&nbsp; You will manage a team of marketers focused on field marketing activities, while partnering with the global demand generation and customer marketing team to regionalize customer marketing, customer advocacy, account-based marketing programs, digital marketing, and integrated campaigns.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>In partnership with sales leadership, develop and drive regional marketing strategies to generate demand and accelerate pipeline for enterprise, campus, and government verticals.</li>
<li>Achieve regional targets for sales accepted opportunities and marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline; lead initiatives to optimize the performance of the marketing/sales funnel.</li>
<li>Build, execute, and optimize marketing activities to drive engagement via conferences, workshops, online events, content marketing, account-based marketing and other field marketing activities.</li>
<li>Partner with the global demand generation and customer marketing team to regionalize customer marketing, customer advocacy, account- based marketing programs, digital marketing, and integrated campaigns.</li>
<li>Manage and develop a high performing team of marketers who can scale to support a fast-growing business.</li>
<li>Operate as key leader of the Enterprise marketing leadership team responsible for driving revenue growth and market penetration in the region</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Basic Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>10+ years Enterprise SaaS marketing experience in a fast-growth environment</li>
<li>5+ years managing a marketing team</li>
<li>5+ years responsible for sales pipeline for a region or customer segment</li>
<li>Successful track record managing multi-channel initiatives including events, webinars, email, content, and paid media campaigns</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to make business cases and decisions and strong verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to travel 25%</li>
</ul>
