The Role:
Beam is looking for an experienced Senior Engineering Manager who is passionate about building and nurturing highly effective, self-sufficient teams. As a leader at Beam, you’ll oversee a team of 6–10 engineers with a wide range of diverse skill sets, providing them with opportunities to work across our product suite and gain a well-rounded understanding of our business. We’re looking for candidates with a strong engineering background who can also excel in people management and strategic direction.
What You Will Bring:
You’re an experienced engineering leader with a strong foundation in software development, a passion for people and product development, and a drive to continually improve. You have worked closely with partners in Product and Design to own and iterate on projects, balancing quality and speed. You excel at building and managing high-velocity, diverse teams, and you’re comfortable diving into the work alongside your team when needed to ensure delivery of top-quality products.
