<p class="p1">As Director of Product, Growth, you will drive our product-led growth strategy, leading initiatives across the full user journey from activation through long-term retention. You'll build and mentor a team of Product Managers while partnering closely with Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams to accelerate user growth and revenue through data-driven experimentation and strategic product development.</p>

<li class="li1">8+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years focused specifically on growth</li>
<li class="li1">Proven track record of driving significant user and revenue growth through product-led initiatives</li>
<li class="li1">Experience building and leading high-performing product teams</li>
<li class="li1">Strong analytical skills with experience in experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and data-driven decision making</li>

<li class="li1">Experience with PLG with developer tooling products</li>
