<h3>About the Remote Licensed Therapist (1099 Contractor) role at Headspace:</h3>
Headspace is currently seeking part-time, independently licensed contractor therapists to provide direct, virtual care as part of a multidisciplinary team on a 1099 contract basis.&nbsp;
To get started, we strongly encourage having 10+ hours available per week with full flexibility to adjust; more is always welcome depending on your schedule! Please note that due to care demand and member scheduling fluctuations, it could take a number of weeks to achieve a consistent schedule.&nbsp;
The pay for the Contract Mental Health Therapist ranges from $80-85 per teletherapy session. Exact reimbursement rates will be determined during the interview process and are based on a number of factors including but not limited to location, licensure type, experience, specializations, languages spoken, and populations treated.&nbsp;
Session length is 60 minutes for an intake and 45 minutes for a follow up appointment, with concurrent note-taking expected and included in the session rate. All Headspace therapists must be licensed and reside in the US. Due to the nature of healthcare services provided to our customers, partners and members, all work must be provided in the U.S. Data, specifically personal health information may not be accessed, disclosed or used outside of the U.S. Please note that the U.S. is limited to the 50 states of the United States -- it does not include U.S. territories like Puerto Rico.

<h3>What you will do:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Provide high quality, innovative, tele-therapy to Headspace patients over a HIPAA compliant video conferencing platform</li>
<li>Complete, sign and lock clinical case notes in EMR within 48 hours of session as part of the per-session reimbursement rate.</li>
<li>Maintain your personalized database to record proof of licensure, license updates, expiration dates, personal information, etc.</li>
<li>Keep your availability calendar up to date</li>
<li>Work with a collaborative care team including health coaches, other therapists, psychiatrists, and external care providers</li>

<h3>What you will bring:&nbsp;</h3>
<ul>
<li>3+ years experience providing clinical psychotherapy to individuals, couples or families</li>
<li>An independent clinical license to practice in good standing (without need for clinical supervision), at the Master or Doctoral levelBC-TMH credential, if required by your state of license</li>
</ul>

<li>Ability to offer at least 10 sessions per week for bookings, with the ability to flex up or down as needed</li>
<ul>
<li>Night and weekend flexibility a plus</li>
</ul>
<li>Clinical competence in evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness, etc.) and measurement-based care</li>
<li>Experience with risk management and higher acuity cases</li>
<li>Knowledge, ability, and commitment to providing culturally responsive care</li>
<li>Familiarity, comfort and confidence with care delivery technology - various applications, tech tools, google web-apps, video conferencing, EMR, etc.&nbsp;</li>
<li>A safe secure location with reliable internet connection to provide Zoom-based psychotherapy</li>
