Summary:
Age of Learning is seeking a full-time highly organized and detail-oriented
Associate Producer to support the
production of engaging and innovative digital learning experiences. Reporting
to the Producer, the Associate
Producer will assist in managing team members, tracking tasks, and ensuring
smooth content development
workflows. This role requires a proactive individual with strong project
coordination skills and hands-on
experience in digital content creation using industry-specific tools.
Required Qualifications:
- Content Creation: Develop and produce original content, including cloning and replacing existing content as needed.
- Communication & collaboration: Collaborate with design, curriculum, art, studio, QA, and engineering departments.
- Bulk Content Management: Efficiently manage and produce large volumes of content while maintaining high quality and consistency.
- Documentation: Document and track content coverage to ensure comprehensive and accurate representation in all materials.
- Cross-Department Communication: Collaborate with design and curriculum teams, as well as art, studio, QA, and engineering departments to ensure content meets project requirements.
- Design and Curriculum Understanding: Analyze and understand design and curriculum requirements to effectively display content variants in games.
- Voice Over Creation: Create and manage voice-over content, ensuring alignment with game design and narrative goals. Voiceovers with AI, create guidelines for audios to studio and audio edition.
- Timeline Tracking: Monitor and manage project timelines to ensure content is delivered on schedule.
- Learning Objectives Coverage: Track and verify that learning objectives are accurately covered in the content.
- Localization: Adapt and localize content for Latin American Spanish audiences, ensuring cultural and linguistic accuracy.
- Naming Conventions: Establish and maintain consistent naming conventions for assets to ensure clarity and organization.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all content-related tasks.
- Repetitive Tasks: Exhibit patience and persistence when working with repetitive tasks to ensure consistency and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Assist the Producer in planning, organizing, and overseeing digital content production workflows
- Task Management: Assign tasks to team members, track progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Team Support: Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines
- Content Creation: Utilize digital tools to create, edit, and manage interactive learning content, adhering to quality and instructional design standards
- Quality Assurance: Review content for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand and pedagogical guidelines
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of production processes, task progress, and project updates
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in workflow and suggest improvements for efficiency
Required Qualifications:
- Bilingual English and Spanish (verbal and written) in a business setting
- You have 3+ years’ proven experience in content production, project coordination, or a similar role in EdTech, media, or digital publishing
- Content Creation: Develop and produce original content, including cloning and replacing existing content as needed.
