As a Senior Product Manager – Business Systems &amp; Infrastructure, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing Boulevard’s internal operations and ensuring the reliability and security of our infrastructure. You will drive the evolution of our Salesforce ecosystem, focusing on CPQ, Billing, and Stripe integrations to enhance revenue operations, streamline order-to-cash workflows, and improve financial accuracy. Simultaneously, you will collaborate with our infrastructure team to bolster availability, reliability, compliance, and security across our cloud environment.

As a part of a small and diverse Product Management team you’ll be a key contributor to shape our product strategy, culture, practices and processes.
What you’ll do here:

<li>Establish and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Salesforce solutions, aligned with customer needs and business objectives.</li>
<li>Support the Platform and Infrastructure team to bolster availability, reliability, compliance, and security across our cloud environment.</li>
<li>Rally and align counterparts, cross-functional team, stakeholders, leaders and executives</li>
<li>Execute on the roadmap through discovery and delivery while continuously balancing customer and business needs</li>
<li>Partner closely with design, engineering, and product marketing peers and shape, iterate, and deliver business and customer driven outcomes</li>
<li>Make key decisions that impact the future of the product and company</li>
<li>Influence strategy and roadmap of other teams</li>
<li>Engage with high profile customers and technology partners</li>
<li>Stay ahead of regulatory compliance in commerce space</li>
<li>Contribute to the product culture, mentor others and advocate for best practices</li>

What you’ll need to thrive:
<ul>
<li>An impactful track record as a Senior, Lead, Group or Staff Product Manager in B2B or SaaS product companies</li>
<li>Salesforce CPQ &amp; Billing expertise with deep experience configuring and optimizing Salesforce CPQ and Billing for pricing, quoting, invoicing, and subscription workflows.</li>
<li>Deep familiarity with Payment &amp; Financial Systems Integration, and strong knowledge of integrating Stripe and other payment processors into CRM and financial workflows for seamless transactions and reconciliation.</li>
<li>Experience in Revenue Operations &amp; Order-to-Cash, with a strong background in order-to-cash workflows, financial reporting, and revenue operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in business processes.</li>
<li>Cloud Infrastructure &amp; Security Awareness, with familiarity in AWS infrastructure, security best practices (IAM, encryption), compliance frameworks (PCI, HIPAA, SOC 2), and observability tools (Datadog, Sentry) to support system reliability and security initiatives.</li>
<li>Strong technical acumen and ability to articulate complex technical concepts through simple storytelling</li>
<li>Core values of deep collaboration and working in cross functional teams</li>
<li>Ability to build alignment with opinionated stakeholders and executives easily</li>
<li>Understanding of how to strike a balance between customer needs and revenue goals</li>

How We’ll Take Care Of You:&nbsp;
Your total budgeted cash compensation for this role is between $144,000 - $207,000 USD, depending on your current skills, experience, training, and overall market demands.
