As a Principal Engineer at Boulevard, you’ll play a critical role in defining the long-term technical vision for our platform and ensuring we are prepared to scale for the future.
This is a company-wide role with broad scope and visibility. You’ll lead high-impact architectural initiatives, drive alignment across teams, and establish engineering standards that raise the bar across the organization. Your ability to navigate ambiguity, set clear direction, and mentor others will multiply the impact of every engineer at Boulevard.

Proficiency in modern backend languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go); Elixir is a plus.

How we’ll take care of you:&nbsp;&nbsp;
Your starting total cash compensation (base salary + bonus) for this role is between $253,000 - $276,000&nbsp;depending on your current skills, experience, training, and overall market demands.
