<p>As a Senior Business Automation Manager within the Renewals organization, you will be a key strategic and operational leader driving the transformation of our renewals business. Your focus will be on building scalable, data-driven automation across three core areas: Auto-Renewals, Self-Service, and AI-Powered Renewals Automation. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end renewal processes that are seamless, predictable, and customer-centric.</p>
