<li>Supports a culture of continuous improvement; conducts Gemba walks &nbsp;</li>
<li>Responsible for keeping all packaging areas clean by following 6S &nbsp;</li>
<li>Supports a GMP work environment &nbsp;</li>
<li>Responsible for execution of batch record documentation and delivering against daily schedule &nbsp;</li>
<li>Utilizes company’s Regulatory Seed-to-Sale System and makes conversions as needed &nbsp;</li>
<li>Prints reports and disperses to team &nbsp;</li>
<li>Works cross-functionally with Processing, Material Handling, and Order Fulfillment departments to ensure incoming material to be packed, inventory control, and the logistics delivery schedule are maintained. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Communicates inventory discrepancies to Packaging Manger and Sales Team &nbsp;</li>
<li>Responsible for operation of automated equipment&nbsp;</li>
<li>Confirms set-up and run log are filled out properly &nbsp;</li>
<li>Engages with maintenance team if there is equipment downtime &nbsp;</li>
<li>Approves timecards, PTO, sick days, and handles disciplinary actions/rewards for direct reports&nbsp;</li>
<li>Leads 1:1 scheduled monthly meetings with direct reports &nbsp;</li>
<li>Conducts annual performance reviews &nbsp;</li>

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS&nbsp;&nbsp;

<li>Two years of experience in a position with supervisory/managerial responsibilities with demonstrated experience managing agents and operations&nbsp;</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience within a CPG, Manufacturing, or Production setting preferred&nbsp;</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedures &nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner &nbsp;</li>
<li>Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task &nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment  &nbsp;</li>
<li>Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications a plus &nbsp;</li>
<li>Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
