<p>We're seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Revenue Accounting Manager to lead our revenue recognition processes and drive operational excellence within our financial operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical accounting knowledge with process improvement expertise and leadership skills.<br><br></p>

<li>7+ years of revenue accounting experience in a fast-growing SaaS, technology, or subscription-based company</li>
<li>CPA certification strongly preferred</li>
<li>Strong ASC 606 expertise, particularly in software/SaaS revenue recognition</li>
<li>Proven track record in process optimization, automation, and system implementation within a revenue accounting function</li>
<li>Ability to manage large-scale transformation projects, working cross-functionally across Finance, IT, and Sales Ops</li>
<li>Strong mentoring and stakeholder management skills</li>
<li>Excellent analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to process improvements, familiarity with RPA, AI, or advanced analytics tools for process automation an advantage</li>
