<li>Responsible for measuring and mixing pesticide and foliar applications and applying these mixtures according to Cresco Labs policy.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Communication with IPM Supervisor and IPM Lead as well as other department supervisors and leads.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensuring plant health by scouting, scoping, and monitoring plant health according to Cresco Labs policy, as well as any other tasks required&nbsp;</li>
<li>Execution of pest / disease treatment schedules as outlined by the IPM Supervisor&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist with data entry, and track &amp; trace.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Responsible for filling out all IPM logs and reports as outlined by the IPM Supervisor and IPM Lead&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<p><span style="color: rgb(41, 88, 115);"><strong>REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></span></p>

<li>Two years’ experience in general production, preferably a regulated field producing for human consumption. Or, any satisfactory combination of experience and training which clearly demonstrates the ability to perform the above-described duties.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Effective time-management, high attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and work as a self-starter&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to stand and wear proper protective equipment for extended time periods.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to obtain and maintain State of Illinois Pesticide Applicator License; including completion of state required documents &amp; exams.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to read pesticide labels.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Basic math comprehension&nbsp;</li>
<li>Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.&nbsp;</li>
