• You have the unique ability to quickly identify customer goals, challenges, timeline, budget, & authority
• You can deliver detailed product demonstrations with energy and enthusiasm, knowing what to emphasize based on your prospects' needs and interests
• You consistently meet or exceed your monthly quota
• You are dedicated to continuously improving your sales process and you demonstrate a strong desire to learn and implement best practices
• You know how to supplement your pipeline with lead generating activities, including cold calls,emails, and social touches

• 2-5 years of success as a quota-carrying sales representative with prospecting experience
• Comfortable engaging with client leadership and asking the right questions to elicit insight into customers' true pain points and interests
• Highly self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Passionate about solving customer problems through consultative selling
• A desire to learn and the ability to adapt to changing environments
