Anduril’s JADC2 team is focused on bringing real-time battle management capabilities to the US military, using our Lattice OS as the backbone to accelerate kill chains and decision making. We pursue select efforts with DOD and Allied customers that present an opportunity to rapidly build, deploy, and iterate against high-value concepts of operation. The team is looking for hands-on Systems Engineers who are familiar with battle management platforms, C2 systems, software integrations, workflows, and ConOps.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Support the design, development, integration, test, and delivery of advanced command and control solutions
• Provide hands-on software and algorithm development as part of a dynamic and growing distributed team
• Deliver operational capabilities to DoD and other government agencies to meet emerging security challenges
• Develop system architectures based on your operational or industry expertise in Battle Management, Command and Control, Cyber Operations, Military/Intelligence Sensor Systems, or Satellite Systems

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related discipline.
• Ability to quickly understand and navigate complex systems and established code bases
• 5+ years of programming experience
• Prior hands-on experience in at least one of the following:
• - Air Battle Management
• - Cyber Operations
• - RF Sensing
• - Space
• Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. Top Secret security clearance
• A desire to work on critical software that has a real-world impact

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Familiarization with current JADC2 programs (i.e., ABMS, Project Overmatch, Project Convergence, etc)
• Willingness and ability to travel nationally up to 50% of the time, perhaps even more as needed
