Anduril is looking to an ERP/PLM Product Manager to help Deploy/Manage the PLM
and ERP Implementation at our Sydney office
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Gather PLM and ERP business requirements in support of system development and deployment
- Provide Implementation and Administration support
- Lead impactful changes throughout our process and bring solutions to issues identified by the Business
- Work with execs and other stakeholders to build and execute a Business Systems roadmap
- Work with the analysts across all areas of Business and create requirements
- Directly work with in-house development teams on site as well as coordinate the development by leveraging our global resource pool
- Test solutions and provide training and documentation to the end-users
- Consistently improve the system to make it effective for our end users
- Work with end users to troubleshoot and resolve issues
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years of prior ERP/PLM Implementation experience in the manufacturing industry
- Experience identifying issues in the business and translating business and functional requirements into Technical specification
- Significant experience implementing Tier 1 PLM systems (Teamcenter/Aras) in a Defence integrated environment
- Experience implementing Tier 1 ERP Systems (SAP/Infor/Oracle/Microsoft/Netsuite) in a Defence integrated environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead, build, manage and foster a agile team oriented environment
- Product Management experience leading internal core services, APIs and Integrations with 3rd Party systems
- Solid understanding of the Engineering, Manufacturing, Inventory, Supply Chain and/or Finance processes.
- Strong team and interpersonal skills with the ability to work and collaborate with team members both functionally and technically.
